If you're looking for a crowd-pleasing appetizer that's really easy to make, look no further than our Baked Mozzarella Sticks! With their crispy golden exterior and gooey, melty center, these mozzarella sticks are the perfect snack for everyone. Baking instead of frying keeps them lighter while still delivering that delicious crunch.
Preheat the oven to 400℉ and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Remove the mozzarella sticks from their packaging and cut them in half. You may want to cut your sticks into thirds if you're serving a crowd.

Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl. Place the flour in a separate medium-sized bowl and set aside. In a separate large bowl, combine the Panko bread crumbs, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and flour until smooth.
Dip the halved cheese sticks in the egg and milk mixture, then the flour. Dip again into the egg and milk mixture, then the breadcrumb mixture. Place each mozzarella cheese stick on the prepared baking tray and freeze for two hours.
Remove the mozzarella sticks from the freezer and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Be sure to watch your Baked Mozzarella Sticks closely so they don’t burn. If the cheese starts to melt, remove from the oven. Alternatively, you can air-fry the Mozzarella Sticks at 400℉ for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool before eating. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
