Want to skip the long queues in Starbucks? You can do so by grabbing ready-to-drink variants from your local stores. I think it’s widely known by many that Starbucks offers ready-to-drink options in convenience and grocery stores because Starbucks is pretty much everywhere at this point. Now, they are releasing new flavors from their ready-to-drink options, plus a new drink that would keep you energized all day long.
Admit it; it’s a struggle trying to stay awake the whole day, especially when we have tons on our to-do lists and deadlines waving. There’s just no room for feeling sleepy and sluggish! Don’t worry, as Starbucks will be releasing two of their ready-to-drink products: Frapuccino Lite and Iced Energy Drink. Now you’re packed with enough caffeine to kickstart your day!
With all this being said, let’s check out the upcoming drinks only at Starbucks.
Frappuccino Lite
The Frappuccino Lite is part of Starbucks’ Ready-to-Drink line, along with the canned Double Shots of Espresso. They’re made from 100% Arabica coffee that is blended with smooth and creamy milk. Now the Lite ones promise lower calorie content than the regular ones. It’s perfect for those of you who are under calory watch and it has an exciting flavor of Sea Salt Caramel Gelato. Now that’s something new from their chilled drinks!

Iced Energy Drink
Now, if you don’t want coffee, you can get the Iced Energy Drink instead. If you remember, Starbucks used to offer them in their stores as mixed variants. They feature sparkling fruit flavor plus a combination of iced tea. In this canned version, it shows a Tropical Peach flavor so we can expect a fruity lineup. However, there isn’t any news on the flavors that the canned ones are offering as it is yet to be unveiled soon.

What’s New at Starbucks’ Ready-to-Drink Counter?
It was thirty years ago when Starbucks and PepsiCo had the idea of creating a Ready-to-Drink coffee beverage through the creation of the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP). Thanks to them, we can now enjoy innovations that are inspired by the coffee chain’s fan-favorites. We can now stack them up at home and easily grab them when we’re in need of a caffeine fix or we simply just want to enjoy flavored coffee.
They’ve continuously released new flavors available at local stores. Let’s check out some of their Ready-to-Drink beverages that are currently brewing.
Oatmilk Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink
Coming in two flavors: Caramel Waffle Cookie and Dark Chocolate Brownie, it blends the oat milk with either caramel or dark chocolate. It’s the perfect take over the trend of exchanging regular milk with oat milk, which is much healthier and less in calories.

Cold Brew
These were first introduced in 2016 in ready-to-drink options and now, they’re available in 11 oz cans and three new flavors that are inspired by your usual coffee order: Vanilla Sweet Cream, Chocolate Cream, and Salted Caramel Cream. Expect a custom blend of Starbucks beans in every sip as they were brewed without the heat.

Triple Shot Energy Drink
From the name itself, you’d expect this drink to push you on days that you have fewer sleep hours than usual. 😂 Well, you’re right, as you could never go wrong with the caffeine power of coffee and energy drinks combined. But of course for extra health benefits, it’s also packed with protein and B vitamins for balance. The Triple Shot Energy Drink comes in three flavors: Rich Vanilla, Bold Mocha, and Dark Caramel.

From The Club
A sign I’ve entered adulthood is when I find myself getting fewer hours of sleep at night and sometimes none at all. With everything happening in my life, it’s constantly a practice to balance everything since I’m in my last year of university, which means dealing with academic demands and building my career at the same time. The only thing that gets me by is a cup of coffee or a cold energy drink. Now that Starbucks has unveiled their new caffeinated drinks, I guess I’ll be grabbing them on my next grocery trip.
