Let’s send summer off with a bang! Lay’s is back with another flavor to spice up the last few days of the season.

We all know how Lay’s is arguably the best makers of potato chips in the industry right now. They’ve been known to experiment with unique flavors that shouldn’t really work but somehow do on potato chips. This year, we saw them release a bunch of new flavors that took us coast to coast in an American road trip. Recently, they also sent us around the world with flavors that were inspired by countries like Greece, India, and Korea with the Global Edition Flavor Drop. And it looks like they’re keeping this trip going with a new flavor.

And in recent weeks, they even sent us around the world by releasing even more flavors that were inspired by countries like Greece, India, and Korea. This time, it looks like they’re keeping this international trip going with a new addition to Lay’s Global Flavors collection.

Lay’s is introducing a new limited-time flavor with the Kettle Cooked Habanero chips. Earlier this summer, we’ve seen them drop some pretty impressive flavors. This new addition, though, really just expands more on what they’ve already set up this year. The new Kettle Cooked Habanero chips take inspiration from the bold flavors in Mexico, giving us a fiery kick using habanero peppers. We’ve seen other spicy chips before. So what exactly makes this different?

What sets the Kettle Cooked Habanero chips apart is the new techniques used to achieve its unique texture. You see, these new chips are thicker and crunchier compared to other chips because they were made using the kettle-cooking process which also enhances the bold seasoning of the chips. While we’ve seen Lay’s use habanero as a flavor before, this new version has enough kick in it to be a fresh and exciting take on the usual spicy snacks.

The Kettle Cooked Habanero is already looking like an excellent addition to the Global Flavors collection which already includes Lay’s Wavy Tzatziki, Lay’s Masala, and Lay’s Honey Butter. All of them are designed to take your taste buds on a flavorful journey around the world. So far, the Global Edition Flavor Drop has been receiving tons of success. A lot of consumers raved about these new flavors with most of them praising these as highly addictive.

As fall sets in, Lay’s is here to give us a new snack to enjoy. The good news is, these are now available at select retailers and grocery chains, including Target. But make sure you try them as soon as you can as these are limited-edition flavors.

Exploring Lay’s Global Flavor Drops

Thanks to Lay’s, we don’t need to pay for plane tickets or expensive shipping fees to get the taste of local flavors from other countries. They went ahead and took some of their most popular chip flavors in the world then released them in the United States. So far, we’ve got flavors from Greece, India, and Korea. Let’s take a look at each of them.

Lay’s Wavy Tzatziki

Tzatziki is a type of dip or soup that originated from Greece. It’s made of salted strained yogurt or diluted yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and some herbs and spices. It adds a cool and herbaceous flavor that’s pretty similar to ranch. The Wavy Tzatziki has all of these flavors packed on a wavy chip that adds a very satisfying crunch on every bite.

Lay’s Masala

If you’re a fan of Indian cuisine, this is a must-try flavor from Lay’s. The Masala flavored chips contain a unique blend of sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, tomato powder, turmeric, and paprika. If you’ve ever had any sort of Indian dish before, you know that it’s packed to the brim with tons of flavorful spices. This new chip flavor from Lay’s isn’t any different.

Lay’s Honey Butter
