There’s a new food line to support GLP-1 users and consumers’ weight management and nutritional journey, make way for Nestlé’s new Vital Pursuit.
Nestlé shares good news with all GLP-1 users and consumers: their new Vital Pursuit brand is finally here to provide dietary support with a focus on weight management. The new food line is now available at major retailers nationwide, which includes Walmart, Target, and Kroger. Through Vital Pursuit, Nestlé have included thoughtfully portioned meals that are high in protein and contains essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, calcium or iron. It’s also packed with nutrition, being made with the highest quality proteins, vegetables, and whole grains.
Vital Pursuit is the line that moves GLP-1 users and consumers forward. Every pack features portion-controlled meals that aims to help consumers achieve their health and nutrition goals.
Kristen Stoehr, a Registered Dietician and Vital Pursuit’s Brand Manager, explained that through Nestlé’s nutrition expertise and consumer-centric approach, they have identified a need for a new line of products that doesn’t only delivers great taste but also functional benefits to both GLP-1 users and those managing their weight. They also shared that the goal for Vital Pursuit is to support the users in creating lasting lifestyle changes while protecting their hard-earned progress.
No weight management journey is ever the same, each GLP-1 users’ journey is personal but there’s a commonality about the importance of taking in a nutritious diet through smaller portions. That’s where Vital Pursuit delivers the nutrients needed by the consumer group, with portioned meals that features at least 20 grams of protein, has great taste and with options of vibrant vegetables.
Chef and dietitian-crafted, the Vital Pursuit line includes 14 frozen meals that are flavor-packed and quick to prepare. These current offerings are:

To further share support, Marlene Schmidt, a Registered Dietitian and Senior Health & Wellness Manager at Nestlé has shared that consumers taking medications not only experience a decreased appetite but they also need to adjust their diet to focus on smaller meal portions, while keeping in mind to prioritize essential nutrients. To meet this lifestyle change, Vital Pursuit strives to take the guesswork of mealtime by offering convenient, portion-controlled, and nutritious meals.
Vital Pursuit also features a wide array of dietary and lifestyle preferences, which includes vegetarian and gluten-free options. Plus, there are also several items made as air fryer-ready meals, which are perfect as a convenient but deliciously tasting meal.
But that’s not all; in addition to its current frozen offerings, Vital Pursuit is also looking to innovate across the aisles to meet various consumer needs and other dining occasions. By 2025, the brand aims to launch a ready-to-drink beverage containing 30g of protein with no added sugar, offering even more benefits. Truly, exciting times ahead!
GLP-1 users and consumers can get the Vital Pursuit products in the frozen aisle with a suggested retail price of $4.99, though consumers should keep in mind that prices may vary by retailer.

Kudos to Nestlé for taking a step forward with innovative but healthy meal options. I may not have nutrition-related challenges, but I know it’s extremely hard when you’re taking medications to support your health. You need to consider a lot of factors and thank goodness for considerate food brands like Nestlé. I hope they’ll make Vital Pursuit available in more retailers so a lot of GLP-1 users and consumers will be able to get a nutritional and great-tasting meal.
