Care for some hot ramen? You don’t need to go to Japan to taste these authentic noodle soups that everyone on the internet is raving about right now. Cup Noodles is bringing you ramen just from the comfort of your own home as they unveil their three new ramen bistro collection.
Say hello to Cup Noodles’ new Ramen Bistro collection, which features three flavors:
- Sichuan Garlic Chicken – A spicy, savory, sweet chicken that is marinated in a special sauce. It serves as the broth of the ramen soup.
- Japanese Miso – The Japanese miso soup that we all know and love now takes the form of ramen. Its soup is made out of fermented soybean paste that gives off the flavors to the noodles.
- Korean Gochujang Beef – If you’re familiar with the Korean Gochujang paste that you put in your Korean BBQ or Bibibbap Bowl, then you have a pretty good idea of what this flavor is about. These beef noodles are smothered in Gochujang paste for a spicy hit.

What’s special about these gourmet ramen noodles is they taste just like one of those ramen bars that you see on the streets of Japan. So, if you’re craving some ramen, you can get them here at Nissin’s new Ramen Bistro Collection. Let’s Talk About Nissin Cup Noodles
Nissin Cup Noodles started out with the founder Momofuku Ando’s dream, where he can rightfully claim the throne of the Pinnacle of Noodledom. He was regarded as the Father of Instant Noodles — one name that we highly praise since you may have experienced having one of those nights clinging on to Cup Noodles only while finishing your project that is probably due in five hours.

Kidding aside, Nissin was the only company of their time that faced the food shortage brought on by World War II. Ando then invented instant ramen, which was mind-blowing during his time. This innovation has brought a solution to those people who are starving, brought by the effects of the war. Soon enough, in the modern world, people are still taking on the Cup Noodles meal as it saves them on days when they need to feel their stomachs but can’t do so.
In 1966, Ando went to the U.S., and he noticed that Americans eat forkfuls of noodles on cups using bowls and chopsticks. Through this observation gave him the idea to take his noodles into cups, and soon enough, a phenomenon was born. Shortly after, Nissin put down their roots in the U.S., and in 1972, their Gardena, California plant started the production of Top Ramen, which is the first instant ramen manufactured and sold in the U.S. This also marks the moment in which Nissin Foods USA launched new innovative products for Americans who prefers having on-the-go noodles.

What Makes a Nissin Cup Noodles Special?
The magic of a Nissin cup is simple: all you got to do is to first multi-task between cooking and eating as you’ve got to let your noodles simmer in hot water. The cup, in return, rehydrates the noodles as it’s designed to hold on to hot temperatures of water without breaking down.

I’m a big Nissin Cup Noodles fan, and when I went to Japan last 2015, I remembered hoarding the Nissin Cup Noodles Seafood flavor! It’s been a while since I’ve eaten Cup Noodles, so it’s just perfect that they’ve unveiled their new ramen bistro collection. I’m definitely looking forward to grabbing those!
