For those of you who watched Love Island USA season 6, you may have remembered Kordell Beckham, brother of NFL player Odell Beckham Junior. Kordell Beckham hoped to collaborate with Cheez-It one day. Well, it looks like his dream is coming to reality (again) as he has been named the brand’s “Chief Fantaseez Officer (CFO),” which means that his face will be plastered on Cheez-It boxes bearing their new flavor duo. The new duo are Smoked Cheddar and Extra Toasty Cheddar Jack.
The brand’s sponsorship of the December 31, 2024, Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, one of the oldest college football games in the USA, launches the flavor combination with a special collaboration with Beckham. The brand has even dubbed it as The Kordeezy Fantacheezy! Another exciting news is that the bundle of two new flavors will be released by the end of the first quarter game between the University of Illinois and South Carolina. After its game debut, you can finally get these snacks on CheezeIt.com.
It’s no wonder why Beckham became the CFO of Cheez-It as he actually partnered with the brand last August, which, according to Cheez-It, sold out in less than five minutes. It was called the Kordeezy Cheezy Couple, and new renditions of the snack are White Cheddar and Hot & Spicy Cheez-Its.
For fans who are watching the December 31 game, the venue will feature a cheesy menu with Cheez-Its on it:
- Swicy Cheez-It Bird Dog Chicken Tenders
- Loaded Cheez-It Brisket Potato Skins

Goldfish
When was the last time you had Goldfish? Yup, it’s the brand that features fish-shaped biscuits in different flavors. This is your sign to grab them! This December, Pepperidge Farm’s Goldfish announced that they’re adding something new to their lineup, including new flavors of Goldfish Crisps that are savory and something for Goldfish Grahams for a dessert-like treat.
For Crisps, the brand finally has the flavors Spicy Dill Pickle and Barbecue. Mike Fanelli, Senior Director of Snacks Marketing at Goldfish, shared a statement with Food & Wine that the Goldfish Crisps have been a popular demand since they launched a year ago. He described the Spicy Dill Pickle as a flavor of tangy dill with a spicy kick in it. The Barbecue, on the other hand, was said to have a “sweet, savory, and smoky” flavor wrapped on the fish-shaped treats.
These two new flavors will permanently join the Crisps lineup since it launched last December 2023. Other flavors include:
- Sour Cream & Onion
- Cheddar
- Sea Salt & Vinegar
Not only that, but there are also new flavors for the sweet Grahams lineup: Strawberry Shortcake, Vanilla Cupcake, and Cinnamon Roll. According to Goldfish, the Strawberry Shortcake flavor is a response to strawberries being one of the dominant flavors from TikTok, with over 566 million posts—the flavor note of vanilla and strawberry.
The Vanilla Cupcake flavor features a sweet baked vanilla cupcake taste, while the Cinnamon Roll is the “number one flavor among Gen Z and millennials.” It has a taste of balanced graham crackers with spice from warm cinnamon.

2025 is looking good with these new treats from Cheez-It and Goldfish! As someone who loves cheese, I’m looking forward to Cheez-It’s Smoked Cheddar and Extra Toasty Cheddar treats. As for Goldfish, I’m definitely eyeing the Strawberry Shortcake from the brand’s Sweet Grahams lineup. My snack cart and work table will surely fill up after the holidays!
