The interface of the new e-commerce platform is made simple to allow users to filter everything. The new site also features a “Find Your Flavor Quiz” that is made for both new and old fans to discover which HI-CHEW flavor is perfect for them.
Teruhiro Kawabe, the Chief Representative for USA and President and CEO of Morinaga America Inc., said that consumer experience has been the brand’s first priority. Over the years, fans have requested to purchase their products easily with just a few taps on their electronic devices. Kawabe and his team are excited about the launch of their new system to meet the growing demand for HI-CHEW products.
Along with the new E-commerce platform, HI-CHEW is also introducing their new rewards program. I love a good Halloween candy, and HI-CHEW might just be my new favorite! Ever since I was young, chewy fruit candies have been my favorite snack to chew on to keep me busy. HI-CHEW is a new brand to me and I’m sure that I’m going to end up loving it! Oh well, at least I have an excuse to eat candy this upcoming Halloween!
